What's the difference between a conversion and a customer?

As an affiliate, on the Conversions page you will see reporting on both conversions and customers. 

Conversions represent people you've referred who have transacted with us (e.g. their trial is over and they were billed successfully, or maybe they purchased the order bump and/or upsell). 

Customers represent people you've referred who have signed up for a trial, but have not transacted with us yet. Therefore, you won't earn a commission until their trial is over and they are billed successfully.
